Anthony Bourdain has died at 61

From The Washington Post: Anthony Bourdain has died at 61

Anthony Bourdain was a guest on The Bob Edwards Show twice; once in 2005 when he started his show on The Travel Channel called “No Reservations,” and again in 2006 after being trapped in Beirut while shooting an episode of the show. Both segments were produced by Phil Harrell, and the raw recordings from both interviews are here in the archives.

If the show were still on XM I’m certain the crew would combine these programs into a single “Best of Bob,” with new opening and closing. But it isn’t, so I present both programs here in their entirety, along with the script/roadmaps. I know the player I have here gets a little strange with multiple audio files, but you should be able to download or play either or both…if you have any problems, drop a note here in the comments and I’ll do what I can to help.

EDIT: I was reminded I should post the number of the National Suicide Hotline, there to help anyone who is feeling depressed or desperate – 800-273-8255.
