This is the feed for iTunes to load the podcast. Why so difficult and non-standard? Beats's why I use Juice and not iTunes.

RIP Former Attorney General Janet Reno

Filed under: News, Radio Today, Bob Edwards Archives — Charlie Summers @ 11:54 am

From CNN: Janet Reno, first female US attorney general, dies

In September of 2007, Bob sat down with Ms. Reno, but this wasn’t a political discussion, rather one about music. From the show introduction:

I’ll talk with former Attorney General Janet Reno and music producer Ed Petterson. They have collected versions of popular songs that reflect the scope of American history. Reno hopes the three-cd set will be a teaching tool.

To remember Ms. Reno, the entire program is posted below, along with, of course, the show script.
