More Daniel Schorr from The Bob Edwards Show

Filed under: Old-Time Radio, Radio Today, Bob Edwards Archives — Charlie Summers @ 6:11 pm

I am fortunate enough to have a copy of the raw unedited interview that became The Bob Edwards Show that aired on January 2nd, 2008 (which I posted in its entirety yesterday), so I have just a little bit of audio that did not air on the program. This afternoon, I pulled some of those sound clips together into this special podcast-only edition of SummersTime. It’s only about nine minutes long, but it’s a little bonus audio to remember a man who had an amazing career in journalism and who started his broadcast career at CBS under Edward R. Murrow.
