  • RSS 2.0

The main feed; in a news aggrigator, it's the news items, in a podcast client, it's the media files.

  • iTunes RSS 2.0

This is the feed for iTunes to load the podcast. Why so difficult and non-standard? Beats's why I use Juice and not iTunes.

  • Comments RSS 2.0

This is the feed for global comments (any comment made to the board); each entry has a seperate comments feed, too

We Have a Special SummersTime Next Week!

Filed under: Old-Time Radio, Radio Today — Charlie Summers @ 6:29 pm

On next week’s SummersTime, Charlie gets to turn the tables on National Radio Hall of Fame inductee Bob Edwards! After 30-years at National Public Radio, and almost 25-years hosting its flagship program Morning Edition, he left that organization to create the first satellite-radio-produced public radio program, The Bob Edwards Show, and later its companion show Bob Edwards Weekend, the first-ever satellite radio program to be sold to terrestrial stations. Bob talks about his career, his satellite radio program which is ending next week, and even a little Old-Time Radio talk!

Be sure to join us for this special program!

SummersTime is the Radio Once More show hosted by father-and-daughter team Kate and Charlie Summers. Their goal is to pick awesome Old-Time Radio shows that they share with each other, and then play them for you, too! Airtime schedule is posted both at the SummersTime website and at Radio Once More!

Here’s a promo for the show with some clips to get you started!
