The big ISPs are using intentionally-leading questions to force the result they want. From the article: “It seems that ISPs are working around the clock to maintain the status quo - and their monopolies.” That sounds about right. If you live in North Carolina, now would be a really good time to drop a note to your state legislators telling them you want faster Internet access cheaper, no matter who provides it.
