From The Patriot-News: Video recording leads to felony charge

This is insane, and yet another reason I’m embarrassed to live in Pennsylvania. Making any recording in plain view on a public street should never be illegal, let alone a felony.

But will Pennsylvania lawmakers straighten this mess out? Of course not…especially since they have exempted police, who may record you without telling you…

    shouldn’t be a surprise..the federal govt. has been whittling away at our rights forever
    so that gives states permission to try and do the same thing.
