Sorry, running behind with being a little under-the-weather and just found this.
My question is, ignoring XM, when are the courts going to start protecting the rights of the consumer from the constant assault by the RIAA goons? Some court needs to stand up to these companies and tell them they do not own our culture…or we’re going to lose it completely.
