From the article: “Now in a move to appease EU regulators, Microsoft is going to step things up a notch and try to push XPS through as a standard. For Adobe, this could ultimately make XPS more-not less-popular.”

You know, every time I hear the words “Microsoft” and “standard” in the same sentence, I get a little worried.
