From USA Today: On the clock: ‘24′ and its fans

I am an unabashed fan of this show, even considering its sometimes-impossible plotlines. This show is raw adrenelin…so do not call, email, or otherwise attempt to contact me Sunday or Monday nights between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM…I’ll be following Jack Bauer through the beginning of another very bad day.

We have a new pet…

Filed under: General — Charlie Summers @ 12:12 am

Thought I’d catch you up on the latest on the snail found in the refrigerator vegetable crisper and rescued from a flushing by my daughter. The Katester and I went to the pet store the other evening, and picked up a little “critter keeper” (plastic box with airholes; we got two to make cleaning easier) and moved “Mr. Snaily” to his new digs. He seemed less than excited…after wandering around for a little while, he climbed to the top, stuck himself to the lid, and crawled back into his shell for a snooze.

Maybe I’ll post pictures sometime…if he actually does anything, that is…
