					<description>The credit card offers are particularly annoying, since it's dangerous to just throw them away, and let some potential identity thief have access to them. I don't really mind the catalogs, as long as they're not for embarrassing medical supplies, but I do agree that they need to pay their fair share.

Maybe more and more people are using e-mail for personal communication because writing is getting more and more expensive, meaning that people will send less first-class mail, meaning that the pest office will be back asking for another increase because of lower first-class usage, etc., etc., etc. At least with e-mail, there are junk filter options available.

I say this because the first story I read said that the post office wanted the rate increase because of the drop in revenue from first-class mailings.</description>
